Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions:

1.1. The e-commerce media would be used by Grand Hotel Sofia to sell gift vouchers via gifts.grandhotelsofia.bg, for the purpose of the document known as WEBSITE.

1.2 The seller, Grand Hotel Sofia:
Grand Hotel Sofia Ltd, Sofia 1000, Gurko 1 Str.; BG 131184460

1.3 The client:
The person purchasing the services on offer on the WEBSITE

1.4 Voucher – Grand Hotel Sofia offers vouchers for products and services, whilst all services are to be used in the hotel premises. We do not offer third party products.

2. Prices

All prices are quoted in Bulgarian leva (BGN). Rates are quoted for one of the items, inclusive of VAT. Price for delivery is not included. The prices are shown along with the description of the services on the website but are not stated on the gift voucher itself in order to follow the protocol when making a gift. Each one of our clients can at any time verify current and past orders on the website by using his/her membership profile. Every single product is listed along with the price and the delivery expenses.

3. Validity

All vouchers have validity for a full year as of the date of purchase. While the validity period the client is free to book the service that is purchased with the voucher. The listed services are subject to preliminary booking and confirmation from the hotel.

If the validity on the voucher expires the document is counted as invalid. If force major circumstances have been the reason for the client not being able to use the services, please contact us to find amicable solution.

4. Billing Information

If you need an invoice, please fill in you data in the comments field while settling the payment. It is not the only comment you can make. We will be delighted to know proffered delivery time, and any other information facilitating the delivery. We would appreciate it if you separate your comments and list them one after the other.

5. Payment method

The payment method used in our store is: Credit card.

6. Delivery method

The Vouchers will be sent to the purchaser's email, stated in the billing details. If a Recepien's email is filled-in in the Customisation fields (before adding a product to cart), the Voucher will be sent both to Purchaser's email and Recepient's email.

Alternatively, if the Purchaser has an account with our store, all the Vouchers bought will be listed in his/her profile, under the Vouchers submenu in Account settings. This is one of the avantages registering an account. If an email can be lost or deleted, the account information is always stored for a Customer.

7. Return of purchased goods and services

As Article 55 from the Low of Consumer Protection states, you have the right to return purchased goods and services within 15 days of the delivery date. All delivery charges will be at your expense. We are obliged to refund the amount spent on the goods or services within 30 days.

8. Privacy

As the Law on Personal Data Protection states, we can assure you that we treat your personal data confidentially and will not provide it to third parties.

The personal data you have submitted – email address, telephone number, name, delivery address, are only necessary for handling of your purchase. The email address is mandatory field so we can send you automated messages on the delivery status, as well as any amendments in the price or services included.

Your profile password is encrypted and could not be seen or used by the site administrator. The newsletter is delivered only at your consent  that you can cancel at any time.
